Beast bane skill - basically inflict more damage brute and insect family.
So for example - Grand peco is a 'brute' monster but when you use @mi Grand peco, It says beast.

Inflict, but only +40 of damage. They count like brute here because i was killing then with one hit with the Hunter combo.
Result: Beast Bane in lv10 = 1 lv5 trap + 1 lv4 trap

No, it's right, Grand Peco have a lot of Vit, but the bonus damage in beast bane is only +40 >_>
For example, without Beast Bane my damage is 410, with Beast Bane my damage is 450 :P
Very unless skill, i was trying to say that to maximize BB you lose one good trap in the lv5 and another in the lv4. I have the Hunter combo (that have a little chance to cast coma on brute tipe monsters) and sometimes i do 1Hit K.O on Grand Pecos, so i think that they count like beast tipe here.

I'm talking about the description, Not the damage or such. Just wondering if brutes = beast?
They tend to be difference race but are they the same because ie. grand peco is brute, but @mi says beast.

Months? More like years. The description and skill name are probably from an ancient inaccurate translation that was left as it is. Brutes have been beasts for as long as I can remember, they're not different races.Oh sorry, yes they are, it was changed some months ago =3

Just how strong is stormy knight? I am a new mage (lv 18) but I guess if I fight him from a distance and run when he walk too close I might be able to beat him? If I can that would probably give my mage alot of exp, but I don't know how strong he is.
